Maker’s Tip #1: using caulk to as fake whipped cream

Use white caulk as whipped cream on polymer clay desserts for a realistic looking (and cheap) topping.

You can squeeze it straight out of the tube, or attach a piping head to the tube to make it look more like real whipped cream. Since you won’t want to be using the same piping head for food again, make sure to use a piping head that you don’t care much about. 

You can find the drying times on the caulk’s packaging, but I usually give it at least 24 hours to really set.
